These guys are great! Just got done working with Chad and I can assure you that he is the very definition of “going the extra mile.” My wife had a longstanding problem with her Ford Escape that seemed to elude repair. Thanks to Chad, it was finally fixed, thanks in no small measure to his determination.

Ed Rueda sets a new high standard for customer service in the auto industry. I cannot say enough good things about the service I’ve received from The Hybrid Haven in Petaluma. We used to take our car to a local shop, but that’s over now. My wife initially balked at driving 25 miles to get an oil change, but now that we’ve met and gotten to know Ed, we’re not going anywhere else.
Ed is a fair, honest businessman in an industry of sharks. He leads by example, and his family is involved in the business also. Even though our other car isn’t a hybrid, we’re going to take it to him as well. We feel lucky to have found Ed and The Hybrid Haven.

What a great find. We bought a hybrid for the first time only to find that the red Service light came on after driving home with the car. We brought it to Hybrid Haven and what a great experience. Ed and Chad were so helpful. They spoke to the seller and convinced them we should be compensated for the fan and other issues that were not revealed to us. I so appreciate their help and going out of their way to have the seller credit us for repairs. Thank you Ed and Chad. You have a new customer for life.

I am so happy that I discovered Hybrid Haven and Ed, the owner and head mechanic. My 2005 Toyota Prius runs like a new car and is a delight to drive. I had expected to get a tune-up and perhaps a few belts but decided to have a thorough evaluation. I am glad I did because a couple of issues were highlighted and explained why the car was starting to feel “old”. We decided to do all the work ad are delighted with the results. Good service, good attitude, good value. Recommend highly.

Ed and his team are the best. I have come here many times and EVERY time I am pleased with the quality of work and value. This time was supposed to be a simple oil change and CVT transmission service. Ed’s team found a leaving from axle seal and went way out their way to get this repaired so that I could have my car back for use this Monday. Simple the best!
